i have downloaded the version of pc suit in to the scan tool to try and print of local printer. i go into the downloads and try to tun set up but keep getting icon on bottom of screen saying " sorry no application available" .  that being said how do i open and run the setup to load software? another way to load it? i know there is a cd but mine was destroyed. help please!
